We were satisfied with their service.  We thought it was kind of pricey, but we are coming from Tennessee so everything up here is really expensive.

It was a disaster. It was such a small job but it took them two months to install the counter because they refused to take off the backsplash. The installers told me that they do take off the backsplash and they were just telling me that they were not going to do it. It was just a 20-minute job but it took me a long time to find somebody to do it. I am not going to do business with the Wallingford Home Depot again since they don't tell you the whole story. I had already paid for it with my debit card otherwise I would have canceled the deal. Everything was terrible with them. I had to hire a plumber to take off the stuff and then I had to hire him again to put the stuff back in and that cost me $350. I finally got someone to take the backsplash off and I had to pay another $350 to the plumber to install the new hardware. It was a nightmare. The salespeople never told me that they were not going to take the backsplash off. They told me to go and get a handyman to do the job. Everything was in a disarray in my kitchen for two months.

The choice of granite and prices are good, but installation through their sub, Innovative Stone, is a terrible experience. There are no callbacks, delays, errors in templating and cutting and installation, sloppy work, mischarges. I could go on. The store only calls the sub and getting a store person is also a nightmare. An unprofessional, stressful experience. Buyer beware!

I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO FIX IT AND THEY DIDN'T. I WAS PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR WHAT THE PLUMBER DID. THE HOT WATER HEATER ON THE RADIATOR IS STILL BROKEN.

THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE SERVICES, TWO DAYS AFTER I CALLED. I DID LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DID. THEY ALSO HAVE A REALLY GOOD CLEAN UP AND VERY FRIENDLY.
