The architect was very nice and professional. However the initial quote provided was 4000 dollars and then it was changed to 7000 .The architect was given all the info and plans needed along with the access to the location so the quote can be as accurate as possible. I can understand that in a commercial project there can be unexpected changes however to bump up the price app 43% of the actual quote is to me lack of paying attention to the details provided in the beginning of the project. This can hurt a business as the cost is a big factor in development of a business.
