When the work on the back door began, they found that the rot damage was more extensive and suggested more involved work rather than just a and quot;bandageand quot; to cover it up. I thoroughly agreed and Cipriani construction came out six days later (this all took place during the Christmas holiday) to complete the work. They arrived on time and did a very thorough job on cleaning the rot, replacing it with AZEK boarding, adding flashing, putting the siding back on and overall clean up etc. This work was an additional $400, which we considered very reasonable considering the clean up they had to do from the rot. A very small set of stairs had to be removed in order to get to the rot under the door. They moved it very carefully and replaced it without any problems.
We have only praise for Cipriani Construction. We would recommend them 150%. The entire crew is friendly, hard-working, detail oriented, clean and neat..... Wow! We finally found a company that we can trust and we will definitely be hiring them again for more work that needs attention. We even received a thank you note in the mail from Rich!
