+ -1 moreCalled the day before the rescheduled appointment date to confirm and left a voicemail. On the day of the appointment, Joe did not show up as scheduled. After waiting a couple of hours, I called to get a status. There was no answer so I left a voicemail. Joe never called back. I called two more times to follow up and never heard back from him. Have no idea what happened or why. Joe was a nice guy and we hope he's okay but we'll never call him for services again.
Description of Work: Received an estimate for the replacement of two toilets, garbage disposal, and kitchen sink faucet as well as finding/repairing a leak in the laundry room coming from the ceiling. Joe showed up on time for the estimate and was very professional. He gave us an estimate of approx. $2000 to complete all the repairs and we scheduled a date for him to come back. I called the day before the appointment to confirm and was told that due to the excessive rain and emergency sump pump repair calls that he'd have to reschedule, which we did.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT WITH THEIR WORK, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CREATIVE WITH THE PROBLEMS THEY HAD FIXED.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO REROUTE THE TOILET AND RECONNECT THE SINK.
