ADT is not very responsive and is extremely expensive. Even with the maintenance package, they charge you for everything. I am in the process of switching because I don't feel protected with ADT. Customer service is horrendous (except for the sales people) and you get different information depending on the person you happen to get at any given time. I thought I would pay more to get more but that is absolutely NOT the case.

We had a very positive experience with this company. They were very careful, treating our house as if they lived there. Overall they were very professional and maintained a very clean worksite. We highly recommend them.

They have been adequate, but lately I have been perturbed by them. When the batteries go weak, they beep. It did this in the middle of the night, and it was annoying. I have been a customer for over twenty years, and it took me six months to get a refund. I had to call them back repeatedly. The price goes up every couple of years.

Having an alarm company offers my wife and I good of peace of mind. Why just on the news this week, you here of countless break-ins and harm done to innocent people in there own homes. I like the service but we don't really hear from them unless there's an alarm call. Unfortunately, our cat set the last one off. At least this way we know it works.

They have really good staff and they respond very quickly if my system happens to go off for any reason. I feel safe having them monitor my home and I trust that they will assist me if a problem with fire or burglary would occur.

The service has not so good and it is getting expensive. We pay them monthly and do not feel that we are getting exactly the service we deserve, so we changed companies because of this and I will not use them again. They were dependable though and trustworthy.

They told me someone would be here in a four hour window. No one came. I called them back and they said someone was on the way. One hour later, I called again and they said someone was on the way. I called a third time and they said that the call had been mysteriously cancelled. Eventually, the battery did get replaced. They are very friendly when the technicians come out, but the scheduling leaves much to be desired. I think they lied to me about a person coming out.

THEY ALSO COME OUT AND REPAIR THE ALARM SYSTEM FREE OF CHARGE. THIS COMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY HAVE QUALITY PRODUCTS. THEY'RE ALWAYS ON TIME FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS.

I HAVE TO GREET MY GUESTS WHEN THEY COME OVER WHICH IS GREAT. THE COMPANY CALLS AS SOON AS THE ALARM GOES OFF TO CHECK ON ME. I WOULD NOT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY. I AM HAPPY WITH MY ALARM SYSTEM.

THEY COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY EXPLAINED THE SYSTEM TO ME WELL, SO I UNDERSTOOD HOW TO USE IT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND I FEEL SECURE IN MY HOUSE.

I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING THE INSTALLATION MAN WORKING IN MY HOME. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH EITHER OF THE SYSTEMS SINCE THEY WERE INSTALLED EIGHT MONTHS AGO.

THEY LEFT NO SCRATCHES ON THE WALLS FROM THE SYSTEM. THE PRICE WAS THE CHEAPEST AROUND. I TRUSTED THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE MY FRIEND HAS BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS AND HAS BEEN AMAZED WITH THEIR WORK AND SO FAR I HAVE BEEN TOO.

WE HAD ALARMS PUT IN BECAUSE WE FELT UNSAFE. NOW THAT WE HAVE THEM WE FEEL VERY SECURE. WHEN THEY PUT THEM IN THEY SHOWED US HOW THEY WORKED. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM I WOULD NEVER SWITCH COMPANIES.
