We placed our request through the national 1-800 service and 'Got Junk' contacted the local franchisee. When we placed the order for service, we explained that one of the items to be removed was a large, fireproof file cabinet (very heavy).  They sent 2 people to handle the job and they moved most of the items, although they were unable to move the file cabinet. They were not professional and did not have the appropriate equipment for the job. For example, they didn't even bring a 'hand truck' something which all movers seem to have. In any event, they said they would return the following day with 4 people in order to remove the file cabinet. They asked for payment that day and we obliged, placing the charge on a credit card. The next day when they hadn't arrived, we called to inquire and they said they weren't coming back. They lied to us - telling us they would return to pick up the file cabinet - probably so that we would pay them.
