When Mike Diroma came to inspect the roof, he said he could repair the bad part since the rest of the shingles still had a some good years left on them. I signed a Proposal and Acceptance form for the estimated price. When the job was done and I was ready to write a check, I was pleased to see the price had been reduced. Several weeks later, I had a follow-up call from him to make sure the leak had stopped. I've had no further trouble with it since the repair. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and his crew, and I will call him again when the roof does eventually need the big job done.
