+ -1 moreWhen Mike Diroma came to inspect the roof, he said he could repair the bad part since the rest of the shingles still had a some good years left on them. I signed a Proposal and Acceptance form for the estimated price. When the job was done and I was ready to write a check, I was pleased to see the price had been reduced. Several weeks later, I had a follow-up call from him to make sure the leak had stopped. I've had no further trouble with it since the repair. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and his crew, and I will call him again when the roof does eventually need the big job done.
Description of Work: My roof had developed a leak, and two of my neighbors plus another friend recommended Mike Diroma for the jobs he'd done for them. He came as arranged to inspect the roof and told me it still had some good years left on it., and he suggested he repair just the bad part along one edge of the roof. The shingles were removed along with the underlaying covering and large piecees of rotted plywood. A water and ice shield covering was added to the usual underlayment over the replaced plywood and satisfactorily matching shingles put in place. Caulking was also done around the chimney. The crew carefully removed all of the debris tossed down into the yard, from small pieces to the large ones, and left it neat and clean.
