Paul McGuire himself came out on the call, and is a creative plumbing problem solver. After he fixed the hot water faucet downstairs, there was still a slow drip. He ruled out a defective washer, then discovered the cold water tap was also dripping. He fixed it quickly and efficiently, as he did the upstairs bathroom.
I appreciate the fact that Mr. McGuire's truck contains all the parts he'll need for a job, enabling him to complete the work quickly, without having to run out to a plumbing supply house for parts.
I also appreciate a pro who's willing to educate me by sharing his expertise. When I asked Mr. McGuire if I should eventually replace my bathroom sink fixtures with the same brand, he recommended another brand with a limited lifetime guarantee.
I've found Mr. McGuire's rates to be very fair.
