It was an awful experience, the only reason I used them is because I bought the car from them and it was still under warranty.  I brought the car in complaining of an exhaust smell.  They cleaned the filter and when I was returned the car a few days later the smell was back.  I brought it back, at this point they held it over night so I needed a rental car, which they gave me a hard time about.  Finally they  returned the car again, said there was no leak and I went on my way.  I dealt with someone at Carter Mazda where the repair was being done, and the man was incredibly rude.   I finally have to bring it back a third time for the same problem, now they had to make me wait to order parts.  They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional.  It should have been fixed the first time.

When I called Called Carter Chevrolet to complain of noise from the front end of my car the got me in right away. They drove the car and heard the noise and fixed the problem quickly I was there for less than an hour. They didn't charge me for the visit or repair.

I've been doing business with Carter Chevrolet for years. The service is good. They do what needs to be done and it's done right.

Carter Chevrolet/Dodge didn't really do anything. They supposedly checked things, but they didn't repair or replace anything. I got the feeling that they were trying to do the bare minimum and get me out of the way. Usually I have a pretty good experience with them, but this time I feel like since it was under warranty I just got pushed along. Usually as far as service is concerned if you are paying for it they are pretty good. If you are going there to buy a vehicle and it is under warranty I would be very leery of them. I would think twice before I used them again. It would have to be a heck of a deal.

I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE IN THE PAST SO I KNOW THAT THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE FOR A GOOD PRICE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY VEHICLE AND I REALLY LIKE THE WORK.
