 + -1 moreI have had a number of issues over the past 3 years with this company: - Their budget plans are bogus - not correct in their numbers. - Delaying in repairs (waiting for over a year) - Safety issues around the property (sidewalks crumbling) - They are not cooperative with their customer service. - They are not incompliance with condo documents, rules and regulations. - They're not adhering to state statutes.
Description of Work: They have been my management company for my condo since October of 2009.
