They were always expensive but I never felt like I was misled because I knew what I was talking about when I went in. I was more comfortable a long time ago. I would say the quality is still like a A or B.  This last time was my only bummer so I don't want to spoil them for that. So over 30 years I would say a B. Punctuality is A because I haven't had an issue with that.

But, their salesman came out all concerned and said that I had no radiator fluid in my radiator and that's why I had no heat when I would turn on the heat. That's why you've got no heat. So it was like a $1600 repair. I drove in there with my heat on. Because I am 68, he thought I was the stupid old lady who would just freak out and say, 'Oh yeah'. He was surprised. Whatever it was the exact thing that I asked that they repair was all that I allowed them to do. And of course Subaru is very expensive  anyway. I am apprehensive of going back there because I think they mislead us. And especially girls they think you are going to freak out and do anything that a man tells you to do. That was probably a D because what I wanted done did get done and did stay fixed as opposed to the other place I went to. But trying to scare me into an unnecessary repair. I took my car when he said that...I go to another place, which is in my town, which they change the oil and top up your fluids and all that stuff. I asked them to see if they saw a leaking of radiator fluid and they said there was no sign. When I went there I had virtually no radiator fluid used. It was a total sham what the guy told me. For the price I would say it's a B because they charged it but they fixed it. I would use them. I would tell others to just have them do exactly what it is that you are asking them to do. They should work on their honesty and pricing.

They're not the cheapest place around but I'm always happy with the work. The workers are just lovely. I think they're pretty good, I don't sit there waiting for a long time unless I have something really complicated.

I was given the run around on a used 2006 Subaru legacy I was looking to get more information on. I was shown a dirty 2006 Legacy that the salesmen said was just traded in and they did not have time to clean or check out. When I requested a CarFax, it took 3 days of back and forth texting messages and phone calls to get the CarFax emailed to me. I was disappointed to find out from the CarFax that Suburban Subaru had the Legacy for 4 months, not the few days I was told. The CarFax also showed that dealership posted the car for sale in July of this year and the CarFax did not show that the head gasket was replace as I was told by the salesmen. I am not sure what they were trying to hide, I am shopping elsewhere. Buyer beware, if you purchase a used car I would recommend having a independent mechanic you trust check the auto out before make a final offer.

I went fine. I have used them in the past. It was a good price and they were fair to deal.

the sale went efficiently. they were ready for me when I came in, and and I was back out the door again very quickly. however when I got home and checked my paperwork that night, I realized there were a couple of errors that had been made on the contract, and it had to be fixed. When I called the next day to question it, they were very responsive and were able to fix everything that needed to be done. They took good care of me, and I love the car.

This company has gone downhill badly. Like all service done by mechanics; double check their work if you can.

We go to this dealer as they are close to our home and convenient. For the most part the service technicians are friendly and helpful save one who talks down to us when we ask a questions and is somewhat rude. We have had my wife's car serviced there since we bought it and it is her third Subaru purchased from Suburban. I recently went there to look for a used Outback and bought elsewhere for what I considered a better experience. I would tell anyone to shop around and compare prices for a car, service, and parts and make your decision based on your research. They are an good dealership but, not an excellent one in my opinion
