Real Handy

Don has been my handyman for 7 years. When I first called Don for assistance with a emergency plumbing repair job he was punctual, provided a fair price, performed a great repair job that I have had no issues with and he has continued to provide me with great service over the years. From small paint jobs to large multi room drywall and demolition jobs for a fixer upper, Don has been our go to handyman that can do it all. His prices are fair, he shows up when he says he will and the job is done right the first time. I have never been disappointed in his work and know I always have a reliable handyman I can call when I need one. This past job started out as a drywall and paint job. The main sitting room of a home built in '71 still has paneling. I wanted the paneling removed, drywall installed and painted. Ceiling also had texture I wanted sanded down, cracks filled and smoothed out. Don handled all of the challenges that crept in and the end product turned out great! And of course during the project I added on a demo of the kitchen (since he was there and I really didn't want to do it) and demo of the flooring in the kitchen). Each day he left the site clean and let me know when he would be back the next day to get started again. Complete job included demo of paneling, sheet rock installation, tape/compound, sand, ceiling repair, paint entire room, demo of 1971 kitchen, repair of ceiling, sand texture and paint ceiling in kitchen, demo flooring.

Once the installation date was determined, Real Handy arrived at the agreed upon time and date.  Though weather conditions were miserable, the crew worked hard for most of the day (Saturday).  Because of my mistake in providing the information on the particular door I wanted, they returned the incorrect door and obtained the correct model after trying several store locations.  The lost time required them to return to my home on Sunday to complete the project.  Following completion of the project they did a thorough job of cleaning up the site.
I was very pleased with Real Handy and would definitely utilize their services for future projects at my home.
