good design , but exceptionally poor service,   this is a high priced company promising full service and exceptional work.    so proposition is pay for high value,  i was exceptionally disappointed with the value - contractor was pleaseant but hard to get a hold of, followed up but only with constant attention on our part.   given the spend the value was diffently not delivered.   i have done a lot of remodeling projects worked with many contractors, and these guys are truly at the bottom.

HEATER WORKED FOR ONLY ONE SEASON, THE NEXT SPRING---NO HEAT. SO I CALLED LANDMARK POOLS, LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES, NO REPLY. WENT TO THEIR OFFICE - CLOSED. I WOULD NO RECOMMEND THIS POOL FIRM TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN BUILDING A POOL OR HAVING REPAIRS DONE. I ENDED UP GOING TO AQUA POOLS IN E. WINDSOR - THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM!!!!

WHEN THEY CAME AND LOOKED AT THE HEATER IN MY POOL THEY SAID THAT IT WAS WORKING WELL, BUT AFTER AN HOUR OF IT BEING TURNED ON, IT STARTED OVER HEATING THE POOL. THEY REPAIRED IT RIGHT AWAY AFTER THAT.
