Spent over $100,000 on a pool. Project started in 2024. Was supposed to be completed long before memorial day 2025. As of today, May 29, 2025 I am unable to swim in my pool. Called the owner for help. Brian Juliano the owner told me to "f*** off" Is this the type of owner you wanna deal with?

The guy that came out acted as if he was an expert pool technician but he actually had no clue whatsoever on how to clean and maintain a salt water pool. In fact, I am not sure he even knew how to maintain a regular pool. He opened the filter and after a half hearted attempt to clean the filter, he put the filter in upside down (note the filter had a giant sign at the top saying this end up). The upside down filter caused our pool to constantly be dirty without hope. We called Juliano's several times to come back and they had the nerve and audacity to try to charge us for both visits after I told them that the technician must have done something wrong as the water got worse after his visit. They also sent the same technician out both times who continued to have absolutely no idea what he was doing. Every time he came he would vacuum the pool and say everything is good now. He also was clueless about the salt water pool as we later found out that our salt generator was dead too and needed to be replaced. We ended up calling Savol pools and they quickly fixed the upside down filter and helped rectify the problem. Go with Savol and skip the overpriced, underskilled Juliano's!

Julianos Pools impressed me from the day they came to look at our yard and quote our project! We have a horrible hilly backyard and I couldn't imagine how in the would they were going to put in a pool on a hill, but they did and it is absolutely a dream come true! The owner Brian Juliano and project manager Bryan Cormier went above and beyond my highest expectations! They were extremely accommodating and were available for any questions or concerns I had! And the guys building the pool were the hardest workers I have ever seen! They worked for hours upon hours and were so wonderful! They create such beautiful work! I HIGHLY recommend Julianos Pools! You will not be disappointed!

They were excellent. They came in and did the work when they said they would. They did it quickly and professionally. Even when a part broke that threatened to halt the work for a week, they managed to find the piece they needed locally and finish on schedule. They also did a lot of quality finishing work that really impressed us; including re-piping the pipes from the filter to the impeller (motor) and installing a check valve. They used rigid PCV pipe to replace the flexible hoses help on my hose clamps. This took care of the minor air leaks that cut down on the water pressure in the return line (the main jet that pushed water into the pool). This was quite a bit of additional work but it was totally worth it and pushed them into the 'we love you guys' category.  The work they did is amazing, they had sold crews for each part of the install (floor replacement, liner install and pool opening). What impressed us was their customer service, when problems came up they already had a solid plan for what to do next. An example of this is our new liner had a small cosmetic defect which was not their fault. When they told me about the issue, they already had worked out a very reasonable plan with the manufacture. They will be back in the fall to swap the liners (sounds worse that it is); I think thats a completely fair resolution to the situation.

We would highly recommend them to anyone considering installing a pool or needed repair work done.

P.S. Their installation range from CT includes central MA.

Overall, the experience was great. The office called me the day before to confirm that the team would arrive within a one hour window on Saturday morning. They arrived promptly and were very efficient, finishing in under an hour. The guys walked me through all of the steps and answered each of my questions thoroughly. I was missing a few minor things (scussions for the pool ladder and a DE measuring scoop) which they happened to have on the truck and they gave them to me free of charge. The pool came with a new house I purchased this past fall. I have never had a pool before and wanted to make sure that I knew what I was doing in the future. The guys put me at ease and showed me what to do. The price was very competitive with other services in the area. I will definitely call them back when its time to close the pool this fall.
