I've been with them for a long time. They don't have the best prices and they don't post their prices publicly. Last month, they came and filled our oil tank without us having asked them to. We didn't order oil. There's some kind of miscommunication and they dropped oil and we had to pay for it. I wasn't happy about it. We're going with another company.

The heating system in my house is unusual because 1 of the 3 zones utilizes radiant heat in the ceilings.  Eric Gottier understood the complexities of this arrangement and explained the issues to me when he came to the house to prepare the estimate. 

Over two days their crew removed the old boiler, oil burner and associated plumbing, and installed the new items.  At 4:15 on Friday they completed the installation, but noticed that the new boiler had a small leak.  They arranged to get a replacement from the distributer over the weekend, and replaced the defective boiler early Monday morning.

I spent about $1200 on that service.  They were neat, clean and they did a nice job.  I got a couple of quotes and overall their price is actually pretty good.  So far the quality of their work has been good and I have had no problems.

The fuel price is comparable to others' -- not cheap, but probably worth it as opposed to having to shop around to save $10 per tank on a pay-as-you call basis. The service plan has good and bad aspects. To the good, we have had some repairs that are cheerfully covered. To the bad, they seem to need reminding each time we want our annual furnace cleaning. Also, they have a tendency (it's happened at least twice) to need to come back to shut off (or turn on) a valve. But, hey, we're still customers.

They are fantastic. I've used them for twenty years. Whenever we have problems, they are out to fix it within two hours. The price of heating oil reflects the market price exactly, this includes up and down fluctuations. They are very nice and friendly people that deliver quality service.
