+ -1 moreVince came by to discuss the project the same day I called him. Within a week he was on site and finished the project in one day. He craftsmanship was excellent, and the design was very solid. He used quality materials and worked for a very reasonable price. Vince is pleasant to work with and we will definitely hire him again for project work at our home. It is extremely difficult to find people who will take on small projects and do them well - Desco Carpentry is a good find!
Description of Work: I had to have a large ramp built for an outbuilding (12 x 6 ft).

+ -1 moreVince was on time and very conscientious of detail and the quality of the work. He was also very neat and cleaned up after his work. We didn't have to go around with the vacuum after him. When he came across a wiring issue, he consulted with us before proceeding. Overall, great work and would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Vince installed an outdoor fan on our front porch, a security light overlooking the backyard and a ceiling fan in our bonus room.

+ 0 moreThe job came out perfect. My wife and I are very pleased. Vince did a quality job and he performed it on time. He is always punctual and listens to what is needed. I chose Desco because Vince always comes up with creative solutions. I had other companies bid this job and none came up with the solution that Vince did. He does quality work at fair and reasonable pricing.
Description of Work: I previously had a sump pump installed from another contractor who cut my drywall in the basement, took off all molding ( AROUND BASEMENT DOOR AND ON FLOOR). This other contractor also broke up cement in the entryway and put in piping for sump pump. The other contractor lowered the floor outside of the basement door leaving a gap underneath the door. I called Desco carpentry to come in and fix all of the damage left by the other contractor. Desco repaired all of the drywall, put in new molding, painted area , installed new basement door and came up with creative solution to bring door closer into entrance area (solving problem of having space below door). He built out new door way and solved problem. Desco previously did my basement renovation in 2001. I still receive compliments today on the job he did.
