Krohn Kutz Tree Services

I really wanted to leave a positive review. However, this team is not who you want to hire. We just recently purchased a home in this state with an incredibly large tree that was getting up there in age. I hired Kron Kutz to take the tree down, three options were provided on the invoice. I accepted the highest amount expecting everything to be removed and the tree to be completely gone, as stated on the invoice. First problem, the stump wasn't ground down and now we have about 6 inches sticking out above our lawn level. My bad I suppose, when I'm told everything is included, I suppose I should have asked that. Next problem, my neighbor, pulls me aside and tells me; "Now that the warm weather is coming, I need you to take care of all the mess your tree guys left." Low and behold, I walk behind this old fence that is on our property line, and sure as tomorrow, there is copious amounts of brush, sawdust, and chunks of limbs. We contacted Ryan to discuss what was going on, and have been ghosted. My husband is a disabled veteran and I work 70+ hours a week, we don't have the time to take care of this which is why I tried to entrust a company with what seemed do be decent reviews .... I can not even begin to describe how disappointed I am, a waste of a significant amount of money and now additional work.

Ryan Krohn is a pro. His team is made up of pros. They work together like a well-oiled Machine. It’s actually amazing to observe them in action. We had several of our neighbors large trees fall into our yard during a recent storm. Krohn Kurtz was recommended to us by several neighbors. They came on time, removed the trees, cleaned up and left no trace of ever being here. We cannot recommend them enough! AAAA+++++++++

We have hired them twice, and both times have done a beautiful job trimming our trees.
