She does an awesome job. Thankfully, she and her husband have a little boy, and I have a 5 year old girl and 9 year old boy, so the family room (aka playroom) is usually a disaster of headless or naked Barbies, toy dinosaurs and LEGO toys, and crayons galore and pictures. She has so much patience picking them up (way more than I do!!). And she is so good to not throw anything away (except obvious trash, like used paper towels or half eaten crackers on the floor, as we have tons of papers around, many of which are important. She just neatly stacks them. She is 100% reliable. Only time she ever has to cancel is in a major snowstorm or if her son is really sick. In the three years she has been cleaning for me, she has probably had to cancel on me twice. In contrast, I've asked her to reschedule for various reasons over a dozen times. She will use your cleaning products (which we prefer) or she can use her own. She brings her own mop and vacuum -- I just provide rags and special cleaning products (like Buona for our hardwood floors and something specific my husband likes used for the tile floor and also the granite countertop in kitchen). You can tell her what you like. For example, when she started, she sprayed air freshener, but we are sensitive to strong smells so we just asked her not to use it.
She is so sweet and accommodating, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY!! And careful -- she has found several "lost" items under the bed or couch, etc. I can't recommend her highly enough. Her husband also does great window washing in the summer.

Fantastic. She does just what I want and is open to feedback, such as my request today to open the shades only halfway. I feel like I can leave her alone when she is here because she is a very honest, kind person. I can't say enough good things about her. You can be confident that she will do a good job and she does not try to change or move furniture.
By the way, she does free estimates. I live in a 2-story Colonial w/ hardwood floors, about 2600 square feet. Your cost may be less or more depending on the size and details of your home or office.
