Fireside Supply

We moved into our home a few years ago and the Vermont Castings gas stove in one room of the house was taken apart (i.e. screen and multiple other parts were next to the stove, in pieces) and we had no idea if it worked or how to work it. We sent a few pics to Fireside Supply, they assessed through e-mail that assuming the gas line was connected correctly (as it looked to be in person/pictures) that it would just need a cleaning and to be reassembled. They were able to come out to our house within a couple of weeks, cleaned it up, put it back together, and gave us a tutorial on how to get it up and running ourselves from here on out (lighting the pilot, for example, can be tricky). Overall, they were very knowledgeable and helpful on a problem that probably seemed easy to them but was a huge deal to us. Our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner so we could have enjoyed this gas stove the past few winters!

I thought their price was very fair. My experience has been nothing but positive. They're very good people to work with and they have excellent talent which is why we have them build our cabinets. We're very pleased and I would highly recommend them.
