After buying our new home there was a fairly run down inlaw apartment above our garage that we decided to remodel.  Samir had done a remodel for a relative a few years ago and so I contacted him to get a quote.  After reviewing several quotes I decided to go with Samir not only because it was the lowest quote, but also because I knew he did quality work. He was very professional and responsive to any requests we had during this substantial remodel.  He also caught a few additional issues that was a result of some water damage from years of neglect.  He corrected these issues at a very reasonable price.  At the end of the construction I also asked him to install a ceiling vent in our upstairs bathroom in our main house since its a fairly old house and it did not have one.  He offered to do this additional work for only the cost of materials.  In my experience Samir was very honest and does top notch workmanship.  If your looking do to any kind of remodel or other project, do yourself a favor and give him a call.  I know I will be calling him the next time I need anything else done.
