Window Treatment Service
$347
I ordered two solar shades for an outdoor patio from blinds.com on March 24th.  They emailed me shortly thereafter and said my blinds were at the factory and would be shipping between April 15 and April 20th.  When I didn't receive them by the 22nd, I called and spoke to their customer service rep.  He said he would contact the factory and have an answer as to what the status was within 48 hours.  48 hours came and went, so I called again.  And again I got the same response from customer service -- they could not reach anyone at the factory but would call me back within 48 hours.  I called again on April 26th, May 1st, and May 2nd.  Finally on May 3rd I called to cancel the order and also emailed them.  Today is May 11th and I have STILL not gotten my refund, which was supposed to be processed within 3-5 business day.  This company is HORRIBLE and I don't know how they stay in business!!!  If I don't get my money back within the next few days I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.  They should not be allowed to do this.  All I want is my money back and I will NEVER deal with them again!!!

Yes, I recommend this pro
I had a good experience with them. I had a problem with the way their website was arranged. They had indicated that the blinds tat I was purchasing would be available for inside mounting, and it turned out that they had to be outside mounted. It was a fault with the website, because the it should have blocked me from purchasing them. They replaced all the blinds, and I was pleased with the customer service. Because even though it was a shortcoming on the ordering side, they took care of it. The quality of the blinds was very good, considering the price. They were the cheapest, and I had researched that too.
