Real Estate Service
I was basically assigned an agent with no thought given to my individual needs. This agent pressured me to sign a contract upon first meeting, rather than giving me time to process everything. Following the signing she did the bare minimum and was extremely difficult to communicate with. I was eventually assigned a new agent who was better, but still didn't feel I was receiving high quality, personal service. I have since switched to a different agency and it's like night and day - I couldn't be more pleased.

Yes, I recommend this pro
Dawn Abro is my real estate agent. She is quite good. She works on commission. She has been very knowledgeable about the area and she's taken as much time as necessary to explain to us anything that we're unfamiliar with about the process of buying home because we're new home buyers. So she's been very forthcoming with information when we're confused about anything. And she's very prompt and efficient in making sure that we have all the information and paperwork that needs to be done and ready. And she's been great about communicating with our seller's agent and of course the mortgage company and all of the different parties involved.
