The process went smoothly and the finished product looked good, but over time problems emerged that Sansone did not repair adequately. We have decided to eat the loss and and use other contractors to make sure the job is done right.

John was constantly aware of trying to keep us with basically usable facilities. I was completely without a sink for only 3 days. He worked fabulously with the kitchen people and the sub-contractors. John was also aware of keeping the renovations in character with the Victorian house. The side porch and patio are beautiful. The kitchen is beautiful!!
