The door was delivered in July and six months later it was finally done !!! It was said we had wood rot and they made us go through enormous crap with Home Depot!! We were put on a horrible spot and we basically had no choice to fold to their new contract $1,600 more to replace two pieces of wood !! One 2 x 4 and one 2 x 10 approximately 5 feet long. The owner that you never get to talk to Valdimir Mashkovich finally came to my house to look at what his installer that even admitted that it wasn’t as bad as first thought they offered us $125 back and after showing the owner they came back with $400.00 and I feel we were totally burned !!! So we voiced our displeasure to a associate at HD headquarters and they Reimbursed us $400 that was more reasonable. I would never ever ever use Odessa builder ever again.

A representative from Odessa came out to our house to make sure we had ordered the right door and all extra parts. They then came back once the door had arrived to install it. My husband was home that day and the installer was punctual, polite, and efficient. He installed the door and new frame during one day, and the result was beautiful!

It looked awesome when they were done.  They were helpful.  The only issue was they were supposed to come in the morning but they called a week before to say they could come in the evening which was a challenge.  I asked if they could come earlier and they didn't make it until the last 15 minutes for the window.  Aside from that, everything was fine.
