Frequently need to reschedule or arrive late. Inconsistent cleaning. One week is amazing, another they've missed so much. They sometimes stay for 45 mins others 90 mins, yet I pay the same amount. When they clean well, they clean well, One worker gets down on her hands and knees to clean my floors.

The was a lack of communication on our part that resulted in our getting a much more thorough cleaning than we expected and that's not a bad thing. A description of what would be done in a first appointment during the initial phone conversation would have helped us. We would not call this provider again as we are quite a ways out of her service delivery area and would have to pay for travel time. We would, however, recommend them to our friends and colleagues along the shoreline.

Great! Showed up on time. Price was a little more than agreed upon but I payed it without question. (100 more). Stated it was a 4 hour job but when I arrived back at the house they had already departed at about the 3 hour mark.

Floor Cleaning and Waxing, Hardwood Flooring Service
It took a couple of ladies 4 hours to do this cleaning. They cleaned the hardwood floors by hand and they brought their own cleaning supplies. The job was easy for them, since they have cleaned the floors in this home prior to us living here. They are timely and have excellent customer service. They are professional and courteous too. This company also had better prices than their competitors. I wished that Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

They cleaned the hardwood floors by hands. They brought their own cleaning supplies and it took them about 2 hours to complete. The real estate agent in the rental house took down there information, because he said he had never seen a house that immaculate. They were wonderful to work with.

WOW!! I searched for a new housekeeper after not being very pleased with our current one. Sunshine Cleaners did the job that the former cleaner didn't. The floors were spotless. They moved furniture to clean underneath and behind. The sink and bath fixtures shined like never before. They were prompt and got right down to business. I also needed to change the schedule and they were very flexible. Highly recommend this company.

We have been using Sunshine Cleaners to clean our house every other week since February 2010 and have been very satisfied with their work. They come on the appointed day and do their work with care and thoroughness. They have been flexible when we needed to reschedule and have always responded to particular requests. The staff member are friendly and courteous. The cleaning is consistently done well, and the one or two times we have noticed an oversight they corrected it on the next visit. I recommend them without reservation.
