Sapia Builders, was reasonable priced, was close to perfectionist when it came to his quality of work, showed up everyday and worked on the job everyday. With the exception of the foundation and the concrete slab, he built everything else. He put in most of the electrical, all the walls, all the framing, roof, siding just about everything. If anybody needs any kind of work around the house big or small, they are capable to do about anything. They can do about any carpentry and major construction projects. I also have him for a roof repair, and the roof was done improperly so, he tore it out and rebuilt it and now it is good to go..
