They had someone come out within a few hours.  He was able to fix it and replaced the part that was bad right then.  He also helped me fix a couple of leaky radiators and showed me how to do it myself in the future.  Very friendly.  Answered all my questions.  Worked fast.  They always come out really fast.  He didn't even ask for up front payment, but sent an invoice later, too.  We'll always use this oil company.  They're great.

Rheaume Heating has been servicing my boiler for approximately 6 years. I have had great experiences with them. Their technician has been on time, clean, and efficient. I have not had to call them back for re-work.When replacing my boiler, I had Rheaume and two others provide estimates. Their price was ~$1,000 less than the other two bids and they installed a quality Peerless boiler . I had only one minor complaint. During installation the water circulation pump was wired improperly and ran continuously. It was so quiet that I didn't notice it, even though I frequently go past it (the boiler is in a closet in a finished basement) Their technician noted the problem and corrected it as part of the next annual maintenance. In two years since then I have had no problems with that pump. I am using them again.

I am highly satisfied with my experiences with Rheaume Heating LLC. I found Rheaume Heating LLC through a friend of mine, who is the owner's brother. I haven't had any emergencies that I have needed to call them yet, but I will be using them if that were ever to happen. I am happy with their price and I highly recommend them to others.
