A lot of my time wasted waiting for this crew to show up.
As they were preparing to leave I had to point out two windows that were overlooked; group seemed less than organized, unsure of who was going to do what.
Windows were left with streaks and will have to be redone by another contractor.
"Hi I am not sure how we went from very happy and satisfied to unhappy? When we did the job I also included vacuuming a room for you and did not change anything extra because it was so hard to work around all the clutter. I am not sure why you would take the time to write a bad review but not take the time to call me? I am sorry you felt that way when I left your home you were so happy with everything so I am wondering why you would try to hurt my company name when all I did was try to help you! No good deed goes unpunished!"
The initial cleaning went fine, with the exception of cleaning all of the windows, due to us having a lot of yard work done. Which was fine and we understood they could come back and finish them once the yard work was done. (See my June review that gave them an A) We were told that our hardwood floors would be cleaned, including moving the furniture and cleaning under our throw rugs. I remember this conversation very well, because they kept saying how they use all organic cleaners for everything in the house and including the hardwood floors. The floors were never properly done. We found dirt underneath them. Please understand that the first time they came in, there was no furniture in the living room and it still was not done. There were definitely things they did right and for the price, we wanted them to come back so we could see if aafter a few times everything would get caught up on. We have a big place and it had not been really cleaned in a long time. There are over 40 windows that were included in the initial cleaning payment.
Over the course of a couple months and many date changes for our cleanings and cleaning the windows, we showed up one day and cleaning was half done, screens were off windows, furniture was out of place as if they were cleaning behind them, and no one was there. There was no warning to it and they never called us to explain or to setup the next date to come and do the bi-weekly cleaning.
The windows in the house that we paid to get cleaned, were never cleaned. We paid for a service that we never received. They would make and break appointments because they either had the people to do the work or they didn't. The first meeting with them, they actually had to leave to go pick up more workers because they did not plan out the cleaning of our house properly. I feel like they simply took our money and ran and I will never recommend them to anyone.
It blows my mind that there is not enough pride from this company to at least try to complete the initial cleaning. Lack of pride in work and lack of integrity to finish what they said they would do. The thing I did like was the cost of the services, but in the end, I paid for services that I never got. so I guess that was a bad deal too now that I really think about it.
Tina left a very nice message to see if we could rectify the situation. I responded and left a message and never heard back.
So my recommendation is to get the level of cleaning to be done in writing. This should be shared with the cleaning staff so that all are on the same page.

After we decided that we were not servicing your area any longer because it is an hour drive out in the middle of the woods we can see that you are upset by this review. In regards to the door being unlocked you and [member name removed] were meeting us there when we finished; this was a big project for the house since it was not thoroughly cleaned in years and needed a lot of TLC. After meeting us you and [member name removed] stated how great the placed looked and was amazed how well we got a lot of the areas cleaned going above what was contracted and agreed upon like the all the windows done inside and out. We always will strip beds and make them, but as far as washing and drying them that was never agreed but we took care of them and tried to start the wash in which we found out your washer was not working and the water was not turned on so it would be impossible to get this done and we did tell you this and it was not a problem then, I am sorry you are upset we are not servicing your area any longer. We did tell you due to the process of growing it was in our companies best interest to keep all our customers close. In closing I do wish you well in all your endeavors! As all cleaning companies do miss one thing or another because this job was so big and years with of build up we hope going forward it will be easier for you to keep it up going forward.
