I, as every home owner should, requested a certificate of liability and workers comp prior to scheduling an appointment. The very next day I received my copy and scheulded the appt. The responsiveness to my work request was timely. The work was done in an efficient manner, both Tom and George were more than polite when it came to answering my questions and best of all they didn't give me a tough guy attitude when I asked them to either wear booties or take their boots off so they did not stain my freshly shampooed carpets.
Not for one moment did I ever feel as I was being told I needed more work done than was actually needed. I would call TLC again for service in a heartbeat.
