I gave him a plan from the internet of what I wanted my kitchen to look like.  He started in June of 2011 and I did add things on along the way including a new roof for my back porch and a chimney  which had major leaks.  I also had a problem with my water having heavy rust issues and he had the water tested and new equipment installed.  I also decided to turn the back porch into a three season room.  He used all sub-contractors and one worker so the job was very slow and took forever.  I had no kitchen 4 months.  He also scheduled surgery during that time which put a halt on the project.
It was a long, grueling experience that resulted in me spending much more than I should have.
Even though I was pleased with the outcome, I would never use him again or recommend him to anyone.

Punctual/professional in giving estimate. However, what was to be a 3-4 day job turned into a nightmare. Job did not start on time, it started 2 weeks late. He claimed he could not do the torch-down flat roof as there was not enough clearance to do (he looked at it and quoted the job) claimed to have to do a peel and stick roof. Job finally finished 1.5 months after it started. There were mis-matched shingles I had to fight about getting replaced and then the flat roof began leaking 2 months later and ruined the new Sheetrock ceiling in the room below. Called Keith to tell him the roof was leaking. He came up and looked but claimed it was not the roof but it was the siding. To make a long story short, he never fixed the problem and I ended up fixing the roof myself and had to rip out all the Sheetrock ceilings below the leak to get rid of the mold from the water leaks.
