We had a very bad experience with T H E Construction Company.  The roof work was not done properly, it is all shingled wrong.  It was in our contract he was to remove the shingles on our garage, he did not. He reshingled over it.  He was also to remove the shingles off of our house roof and he only removed the shingles on the front part where we could see, the back part he shingled over.  He put a small picture window in upside down.  Crown molding in my dining room is also upside down.  It is a real disaster.  He did electrical and plumbing work without a license.  Our bathroom tile looks like two kids did it.  We currently in court now, we have three small claims going. He is not with the BBB in Connecticut.  He has been arrested for the electrical and plumbing license.  We are elderly 68, he really took the energy out of us.   The pictures of our bathroom is atrocious.  The name of the owner is Kenneth M. Nixon.  Everything has to be redone.
