Snow Removal
Horrible. He never showed up and continuously strung me along as if he was going to show. Finally we had to shovel the 18" of snow ourselves. He told me his guys got into accidents etc and he would take care of my property personally. Well the next storm came and again never showed. I called at 11am said he would be there. Came home at 6pm. Work still not done. I told Roberto if I didn't see a refund in my mail box in 7 days I would contact Angles list, write a bad review and contact the better business bureau. Of course no refund came so next stop better business bureau. For the record Roberto did show up twice once to take my money, second at 1am to clear my side walk and take part of my front lawn with it. Do not be sweet talked by this guy. He is a lousy business man who takes no responsibility for his actions or in this case inactions. I have attached a picture of my house on Jan 4, 2018.
