They come by and check on things every other month. I think they are good. They set an appointment ahead of time, and come exactly when they say they will. They go thru and if they find anything they are very professional about it. They don't over do anything, and I think they are very professional about anything they do. I think their price is the same as other companies.

The service was good. They did have to come back several times over, but they were more than happy to do so. It's just that it took a long time for the pest problem to go away. The workers were very good. They were on time. They didn’t necessarily come the same day I called, but they came within a day or two. They were just as concerned as I was about taking care of the problem, and making sure that they got it all done and that I didn’t have issues later on.

Rodent inspection before purchasing home
We used OCON to inspect the home we were purchasing for rodents.  Despite having appeared thorough in looking through all the spaces, 2-3 months after moving in we found a major mouse infestation.  Multiple other companies concluded ( with pictures making it obvious for us ) that this had been there for a while.  This ended up costing us near $10,000 to fix after moving in.
Mice
After we found the mice, we called OCON to get rid of them.  They were completely ineffective, having to come back multiple times with no success.  They basically just put down some bait traps, but weren't able to do anything else to prevent mice from coming back, or get rid of the ones that were there.
Bugs ( ants )
We found carpenter ants in / near our home in the spring.   They sprayed the outside of our home, bugs came back within a week.  They came back and sprayed again for free.  Ants came back.  After that, we canceled, and won't use again.

He sprays inside and outside and checks for signs that and quot;thingsand quot; are trying to get in the house.

We're very, very happy with the service that OCON Sensible Pest Solutions gave us. They were very prompt in getting someone out after I called them. I liked their guarantee that if they came out and did the service and it didn't take care of the problem, they'd come back out again for free. They sent somebody out first to inspect. The inspection was free. After we went through the inspection, we set up a service call. They came out and they did the service. Then they came back in two weeks to check on it. So, we were very pleased. When they came out to do the inspection, it was very professional. In fact, that was one of the things that I really liked. The technician came in and he actually took off his shoes and put on booties. I had called because I saw a couple of ants in the house. I wanted to get it taken care of. He said, "Well, I'm going to go down in your basement and look around." He went down to the basement and came up and said, "I'm going to look in your attic now." I was really surprised at the thoroughness of everything. Then he went out and walked around the house. Then he described the service to me and told me how much it would cost. We set up the appointment for them to come out and take care of it. My husband was here. They came in and were out very quickly. They took care of the things they said they would. They came out to do the two -week inspection later. We had a conversation. I just told him where I had seen the ants. It's my understanding that in my area, we have had a real dry Spring, so the ants come marching around May or June. I just wanted a preventive treatment so take care of the problem. So, he listened to that, but he also pointed out what we needed to do differently. He told us about things that would make a difference in terms of the ants, like our wood pile. He had some suggestions that didn't cost me anything that would solve this problem. I have not seen any ants since the inspector came out to do the service.

I've been using OCON Sensible Pest Solutions for at least 6 years or more. I don't have much contact with them because they come in and inspect the termite stations when I'm not around but their price is reasonable and I haven't had any termite problems since they got rid of the original termites.

We have used them a couple of times. We called and took care of it. They said if within 6 weeks the ants came back then they would come back for free. They did come back. They took care of the problem. They seemed very thorough. They came and took a look around everything. They even suggested some services that we didn't feel we needed. They were good with dealing with the problem and very responsive. They came back right away as soon as we called. They have been pretty good and we are very happy with them. The people who used to stay here previously also used them for some ongoing problem, but we used them only twice. We haven't had any comparison because we haven't used any other company.

Have been termite free for most of this time. Upon reinfestation/damage, Ocon retreated the affected area, free of charge. They do not cover damages, just retreatment.
Ocon has alway been professional and courteous. I would recommend them. We are still using them.

I originally called Ocon on the recommendation of the developer of my condo because I was having a problem with ants in my cats' food. No more ants. I really like the exterminator they send every other month, the same one for a long time (years). He is professional and a nice guy. And best of all he helped with the two (thankfully) dead bats in my attic. I used Orkin when I lived in California and I definitely prefer Ocon because of the people.

Both estimate and service technician were 20 minutes early. Both were very professional and pleasant. Price comparisons were not made - we needed service quickly.

We have an annual contract and they come out once a month. The company is very good.

They have been very good. What I like about them is that they will come back and do work again in we see spiders again after their service and they do not charge us extra for that either. I rate them high overall.

The technician was very knowledgeable about our problem. They were efficient and professional. We were happy with their service and have no complaints. We would use them again if needed.

Bob came by at the appointed time to give an estimate of the work. The work involved removing 2 bees' nest(one under the deck and huge). He gave me the quote and it was agreeable to me. He proceeded to remove the bees nest,cleanup the area. He assured me that bees would not return and to his word, I am happy with the service.

The guy that gave me the quote was very good and knowledgeable. The worker did not follow the instructions. I asked for a rebate and they did accommodate the ants. I located the nest or I don't think they would have been very effective.

I had a very mixed experience with this company. The initial contact was very nice, obliging, and seemed knowledgeable. The 'technician' that followed was the exact opposite, with attitude, and not caring if the job was done or not, or even what the job was. Then another tech, also obliging and knowledgeable who helped a great deal, followed by the first tech who could not wait to get away, as if he had a far more important appointment...and again, with attitude like how could we expect him to do anything. My three hundred is down the drain as far as I'm concerned, and I have to find another company.

Work went very well. Anxious to see if problem eliminated.

Both John and the technician Ed were on time, friendly, and informative. They took special precaution to keep poison out of reach of our children. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I will continue to use them for monthly checkups.

FRANKLY I AM NOT HERE FOR THAT SO I DON'T DIRECTLY GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. I WAS JUST VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. MY WIFE HANDLES IT SO IF SHE IS HAPPY THAN I AM HAPPY.

I JUST FEEL LIKE THE TERMITE SYSTEM WE HAVE IS NOT DOING THE JOB WE WANT IT TO. I FEEL THAT IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE. IF I SEE EVIDENCE OF A TERMITE, THEY TELL ME, IT'S NOT LIKE WE DON'T BELIEVE YOU.

IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. I DO NOT HAVE ANY PESTS. THE PEOPLE COME, AND THEY DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. I AM JUST VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE END RESULT.

IT WAS FINE. I LIKED THEM WHEN THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE, AND WE'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THEY'VE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE WHENEVER WE HAVE CALLED FOR A FOLLOW UP OR ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE. THEY SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY SHOW UP ON TIME, AND THEIR WORK IS PROFESSIONAL. I'M PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. WE HAD A PROBLEM, AND THEY GOT RID OF IT.
