Kevin came out to do the inspection himself and he did a very thorough job. He inspected the home as if he was going to move in the next day. He even cycled the dishwasher when he did the appliance inspection to make sure it worked to it's full potential. He checked every inch of the interior and exterior of the home down to every lock and hinge. His report was extremely detailed and he provided us with high definition photos of his findings. His inspection found major issues and his report provided us with integrity during renegotiation. Kevin saved us from buying a home that needed 20k of major repairs on the roof and well. Those were issues that were not obvious, and Kevin found them by walking the roof and pulling 20+ year old permits from Town Hall. Kevin's inspection reminded me of a white glove inspection one would receive from the military. Nothing went uncovered and he took his time to inspect everything properly. He even trained us on all the systems we would need to get to know as home owners. He provided us with ideas on approximate repair costs and referenced us to other professionals for the actual estimates. He cannot be influenced by realtors or sellers and is extremely diligent. Kevin is trustworthy and incredibly accurate and I would use his service again.
