+ -1 moreThe work was completed in a timely manner and in a shorter time period than originally estimated. The damaged areas now look as good as new.
Description of Work: A tree fell on my house during Hurricane Sandy. The roof, attic and second floor bedroom were damaged. Restoration work was needed to get these parts of the house back to the way they were before the storm. This included carpentry, installing insulation and re-roofing, replacing damaged windows, restoring the walls and ceilings, etc.

+ -1 moreGreg is the ultimate professional. He is easy to work with, friendly, polite, a perfectionist, and has integrity. He has been the only builder I have allowed to work on my home for the past 17 years! Although his prices are slightly higher than other contractors, he is worth every additional dollar.
Description of Work: Kitchen was enlarged, gutted, and completely renovated. It includes an open butler's pantry/bar, sliding glass doors to a deck, cathedral ceiling in the dining area of the kitchen, wood burning stove, large bar separating the work area from the eating area, small closet for cleaning supplies, large baking pans/cookie sheets, and many additional features. Greg custom built the cook top enclosure to replicate a picture from a magazine and made the window seat double as storage with lift-up tops. Those are only two examples of his abilities as a home remodeler. My kitchen is an absolute dream. Everyone, including a home interior designer who works in NYC, has remarked that the kitchen should be featured in "Home & Garden" or a similar publication. The amount paid for work is an approximate and does not include cabinets, flooring, additional requested lighting, appliances, and painting.

+ -1 moreIT IS EXCELLENT, HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE EARLY. THEY WORKED WITHIN THE TIME LIMITS. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS, AIR LEAKS OR ANYTHING. THE PRICING IS ON THE HIGH SIDE, BUT HE HAS HIGH QUALITY WORK. THE SUBCONTRACTORS ALL SEEMED REPUTABLE.
Description of Work: THEY PUT A TWO ROOM ADDITION WITH A FOUNDATION ON AN EXISTING HOME.
