piano tuning
 + -1 moreWe needed our piano tuned because my husband ( a songwriter) wanted to use it for recording and it was very out of tune. Marc and I spoke on the phone and I described the problem. He found time for us within a week of my call and arrived promptly. He asked appropriate questions about the piano and my husband's needs (re: timeline and type of music etc) and worked diligently until he got the piano to where it needed to be so that my husband could use it to record.. I would not hesitiate to use him again or to recommend .
Description of Work: Marc tuned our very out of tune piano. He was professional and obviously talented. I have every intention of using him again, when our piano needs tuing. I am not certain if the cost indicated above is correct, but it was certainly appropriate for the amount of work needed in order to get the piano in tune.

piano tuning
 + -1 moreMarc recently tuned our piano. We have been using Marc for around 3 years. He was referred to us by a friend who is a musician and has an antique grand piano. We knew this friend would be selective in who he picked to tune his piano. He always does a great job, and makes our old regular piano sound good. He is very prompt and will call if he is running a little late due to traffic or coming from another client's house. I highly recommend Marc for piano tuning.
Description of Work: Marc tuned our Cable-Nelson upright piano.
