I happened to be visiting their store and saw a chair which I liked. I bought it and went over to the salesperson at their counter to pay for it. Their staff was fine. There was not much of customer service needed. They delivered the chair at the time they said they would. The experience was good and not a complicated one. I do my shopping there from time to time and it is a good store.
