 + -1 moreHe was on time, extremely neat, did what he said he was going to do, did it on time, gave me credit for an item that wasn't needed to be replaced, and he did some extra work that he found because there was damage that we didn't initially see. He was reasonable regarding the extra water damage that we didn't see during the original estimate. His price was fair and his estimate was very detailed.
Description of Work: Roofing, electrical, exterior carpentry replacing vents in the roof, and some minor electrical repairs.
