Dr. Katz is absolutely the best vet I have encountered since I adopted my cat! She is patient and spends time with her patients both over the phone (with me) and in person (our family and the cat!). She spent over an hour at our house, setting up with her technician in our living room, folding out a portable exam table. Not only did this save us an agonizing car trip with a cat who is absolutely terrified of the car and vets' offices, but we had ample time to ask all the questions we could think of. She's exceptionally understanding when it comes to costs and is the only vet I know of who did not try to coerce the most expensive tests and procedures out of us. She explained all our options thoroughly, and I did not feel judged when we declined a couple recommendations because of cost. Her technician is wonderful as well and did a very good job keeping Kitty calm. After the house call, test results came back very quickly. Dr. Katz explained them very thoroughly and offered to keep a sample in case we decide on further testing in the next eight weeks. I can't recommend HouseKatz highly enough!
