The project went extremely well. The first two points about the experience don't have to do with the work per se, but are telling on how well they conduct their business. FIrst, they were right on time for every meeting. Having dealt with other contractors I can tell you this is a welcome business practice. Second, I can't say enough for how clean the job site was kept. Everything was cleaned up each night, even the area where they set up their tools in the basement was swept up at the end of each day. Even during the demolition work everything was kept clean.
The half bath was done first so we would always have a full functioning bathroom in the house. All of the work from the framing, to the drywall, to the tile, to the installation of the fixtures was first rate. Any issues (and there are always some issues with a project) that were identified were quickly dealt with by the team. They were very professional and wanted to ensure things were done right and to our satisfaction.
I highly recommend Costantini Construction and will certainly be using them for future projects myself.

Wanted to expand my house to a 2nd floor. Dominic was very professional. The price seemed to be better than others and we were excited with the quality of work. The house looks amazing and he completed it with his team weeks before schedule. The hardwood floors and windows are amazing. He is clearly talented with his carpentry. I would highly recommend him which I did to my family.

We wanted an outside patio from our porch. Dom helped us with the design, provided a written estimate, and then with his team built a wonderful patio within a matter of 3 days. This was last year and we are very happy. We found out that Dominic also is a master carpenter and does so much more. We needed to have some remodeling to the Kitchen done. He was happy to look at what we wanted, he provided another written estimate and it was all very fair. The kitchen remodeling work with the cabinets was better than we expected. This is clearly an expertise of his. Would recommend him any time.
