It couldn't have gone better. The owner, Gabriel, was reliable, honest and pro. His worker, Jesus, was one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life...seriously. If only ever company was like this. 6 Stars if I could.

The owner Gabriel and Julio came over and finished the work on the same day I called them. They seemed knowledgeable and professional, they were also pretty efficient. It cost me a total of $390 to replace the two springs. I'm happy with their service and would recommend to others.

Old door was removed, the new one installed, and site cleaned. Installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and great with communication. Very happy with their service from the quote until installation of new door.

I called Mr. Casella and he came promptly when he said and was able to quickly-trouble shoot my garage door problem. He was very courteous and really knew what he was doing. Overall my experience with Casella Garage Doors was fantastic. I met with the owner which gave me a very reasonably priced quote. He worked with my wife and I with deciding what type of door would be best suited for our home. Jesus did the work and was fantastic. He arrived early, was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. Overall I would recommend Casella to anyone looking to have their garage doors replaced or fixed.

Excellent. I'd recommend them again. Gabriel was wonderful to work with and we were very pleased. We called on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. He came out that day, again on Monday (Memorial Day) with the contractor and installed everything else Wednesday once the side was rebuilt.

My wife came home at 4:30 to a broken spring and a blizzard starting in a few hours. We called Casella's at 5pm and within an hour he was at our house making the repair. Responsive, professional and highly recommend.

We had a broken spring on our Garage door. Gabriel came promptly and fixed it quickly. I did not shop for quotes because I was in a hurry but the price seemed reasonable based on past repairs. Professional and courteous service.

Before I begin I just want to say that it usually takes a very good or very bad experience to warrant me ever taking the time to write a review on any of these sites. For this one, I really had to gather my thoughts because I was completely blown away. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Stamford and were in the market for three new garage doors and openers since the pre-existing ones were damaged and motors did not work. Casella Garage Doors came to the house on time (ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON) and walked me through all the different garage door and open options. He did a thorough inspection of my garage and recommended replacing some of the springs and rollers that were also in pretty bad shape. Given the amount of work we were looking to have done I was expecting the quote to be completely out of my price range. To my surprise, his estimate was surprisingly lower than all of the other estimates I received, and that included all of the extra work with the rollers and springs he recommended which none of the other companies even mention needed to be done. After reading all of the positive reviews for Gabriel and comparing prices I decided to move forward with the work. Gabriel came with another employee Jesus on a Saturday morning (on time again) and pretty much spent the entire day working on my house. By the time they were done I couldn't even recognize my garage. Everything was perfect, perfect, perfect. Doors and openers worked perfectly and they showed me how to use everything that was installed. They even cleaned up after themselves so well that my garage was cleaner than before the job was even started. As a customer, the things I care about most are quality, professionalism, honesty, timeliness and reasonable pricing. All of the above (and more) apply to Casella Garage Doors. I was very pleased with the entire job and would not hesitate to use him again. My new neighbors have come by several times asking us about the garage and we already referred him them as well as several of my friends and co-workers.

Gabriel diagnosed the situation via photos I texted him late on Monday, quoted me a fair price, came the next day (Tuesday) when he said he would (actually, 10 minutes early), completed the job promptly - very happy with his work and professionalism. Perfectly. Came out when promised. Explained what he would do and cost.

I called Casella on a Saturday afternoon fully expecting to get an answering machine.
Instead Mr Cassella answered and said that he could be out to my home within the next hour.
Sure enough, he showed up on time, replaced the spring and had the door working again in no time at all.
He was a really professional.

Gabriel was super responsive and educational. Evaluated job and bid on same day that I called which was a Friday. Installed 3 days later on Monday. He clearly explained the options with their pros and cons. I talked with 4 bidders, one of whom was pushing a much lower price (read lower quality) option. I chose 27 gauge steel, insulated doors. Much lighter and quieter than my old wooden doors. Plus, they look great. Besides being responsive and educational, Gabriel is a nice guy I saw a picture on his phone of his daughter, so we made a nice personal connection. And I want to praise Jesus who installed the door - tough name to live up to...... But a thorough, neat, quality-oriented, hard-working guy. They make a great team, and I recommend them without any reservations!!

Jesus moved my husband's car into the garage so he could get in without being out in the ice and snow as my husband is recovering from surgery. Jesus was more than polite and professional. 
The garage doors are a wonderful addition to our curb appeal.

The job started on schedule and ended two days ahead of schedule. Casella worked well with the Unit Owners and there were no complaints. In the 6 months since installation, there have been no requests for adjustments or repairs.
