Hurricane Ida brought in about 4-5 feet of water into our basement which left substantial amount of water damage as well as mold. Celestin came in to help us out and he was truly EXTRAORDINARY and a godsend. He's very knowledgeable and remediated our entire space thoroughly in removing the Sheetrock and treating all the mold over two long days. Celestin truly did an outstanding job! I write this review not only as a home owner but with the knowledge of having been a Connecticut home improvement contractor myself for many years when I was younger. Celestin came out and quoted us to remove an old floor that contained asbestos. His price was reasonable and he was completely professional. We did not have the ability to print and sign the contract once it was emailed to us so he took the time to drive from Trumbull to Manchester a second time to bring us a hard copy of the contract to sign. The next day he again made the long trip to the home to do the job, much earlier than we had anticipated which was a God send for our needs. In our case he was able to get the job done in a completely professional manner in about six hours. We could not have chosen a better company to do business with. He sealed off all the points of entry as well as all the interior walls and cabinets and used a ventilation system to completely control the air flow into and out of the work area during the process. We paid him when the job was complete and would absolutely use him again and highly recommend American Environmental Services for Asbestos removal. He does what he says and is on time and as promised. Great contractor and person.
