My door would not lift without doing so manually. Eventually, one of the lift springs broke so it couldn't be lifted at all. My wife called Overhead Door the same day because she couldn't get her car out of the garage for a trip the next day. The company came out early  the next morning to temporarily repair the spring so the door could at least be lifted manually and wrote up an estimate for the complete job. I thought the estimate seemed a little high, but went ahead with the job anyway since they had installed my door originally and there really was no other company locally. To their credit, when they came out again, they were friendly and courteous, and their work was done expediently and professionally. Unfortunately, their final cost was well over their initial estimate, so I would hesitate using them again. For this reason, I hesitate recommending them, but they really have no competition in the area so can get away with charging more for their services.

THEY HAVE FAIR PRICES, AND THEY MAKE SURE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.
