Customer service was great! I emailed with the owner on a few occasions before hand to confirm what I needed done. He emailed me the day before the appointment to confirm (yes, he emailed me, usually I'm chasing after the contractor!). The work was done quickly, neatly and totally to my requests. The price was reasonable and I will definitely hire again!

They did a good job. The quality is good. They showed up and did a nice job. The electrician that came out was very nice. The ceiling fan they installed is working very well, we are happy.

The entire process was smooth and efficient. A quote was generated and honored based on my description of the area and need, he didn't need to come onsite to create a quote. Two electricians were sent and arrived on time. It took them 2 hours to complete.

Very prompt response to my phone call and to all communications and very nice, helpful and competent workers. The work was accomplished ahead of schedule and done very well. They were able to figure out what was wrong and fixed the minor problems for me on the initial visit and didn't even charge me anything for that! A pleasure to do business with!

Very well. They have been taking care of this generator for sometime and their work is alway excellent. I have a lung disease and oxygen needs so I really must have a good working generator. Konopka is always reliable and trustworthy.

The staff and owner were very professional, courteous and offered recommendations before starting the project. They provided estimates prior to starting, finished earlier than projected and always left work areas spotless whether completing for the day or at the end of the job. When the work was started the crew was diligent in showing up on time every day and they were considerate of me and my things in the home.Each afternoon the owner would show up to check all the work done that day and made sure everything was cleaned up and ready for the next step. my kitchen was taken down to the studs and rebuilt , with carpenters, plumbers and electricians it was hectic at times, but I felt things were under control and in the end it was beyond my expectations, including the timeline, when the cabinets were late, they worked around the delays .

We called Konopka Electric when we were faced with no power upon arriving home from our vacation. Jim came right out and quickly diagnosed the problem. With his work vehicle stocked with parts he was able to fix the issue swiftly and professionally. We paid $220 for labor and the part on a Sunday which we thought to be a very reasonable rate. We were relieved and would highly recommend Konopka Electric for any electrical needs!

Excellent! Two professional men came and completed the job in less than 6 hours. They were clean, polite, and left my house cleaner than when they got there! When the city's electrical inspector came to inspect the job, his comment was "Konopka Electric's work is always perfect!"
