Ray was easy to talk to on the phone, and he was willing to entertain a number of very minute questions (I'm anal retentive).  He was willing to accomodate my busy work schedule as well as expedite getting the stove installed in time for the THanksgiving holidays.  When he came over, he and his two workers were very efficient and pleasant to deal with.  They knew exactly what they were doing, and in two hours had the stove expertly installed.  They even offered to help put the furniture back into place that had been moved around to accomodate the stove.  As I was talking to Ray, I found out that he travels across the state and even all the way up to Maine to install wood stoves.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing to get a wood stove installed.
