If we cant fix it that day, we can provide you with temporary heaters until we can. We can replace your Water Heater within 24hrs (usually same day) in most cases. We can provide Water Heater Warranty work and bill manufacture on most brands. We also can do Underground Oil Tank Removals and Excavating work.

All my questioned. They were on the job when they said they woud be there and cleaned up when job was done.
I am simply looking for a solution, and am perfectly willing to pay for services. But I was unable to get past the screener, who was perhaps the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered.If you are looking for solutions to a heating issue, do yourself a favor and skip this company. Perhaps their techs are competent -- I'll never know, because to contact them you have to go through an extremely unpleasant, unhelpful person. A Mr. Carlson actually did call -- I informed him in a constructive way that, because of the receptionist, I don't believe I can do business with his company.
"We are very sorry you had such a bad experience. We pride ourselves on fast quality service. Unfortunately as a service provider for the water heater manufactures, there is certain steps that needed to get warranty approved. We didn't install your water heater and if there is a problem with the installation, the manufacturer wont warranty the work that we provide to you. Me and my technician are out providing service to other customers and hard for us to talk to customers that's why the office screens the calls. The office is trained and knows what to ask and information needed to provide warranty work on Water Heaters we didn't install. Our policy is to charge a trip charge and diagnostic fee upfront and if its warrantied you would be reimbursed to you.
