Dana came to my house and spent 30 minutes looking at my roof leak problem. He went into the attic as well as on the roof. He explained to me what he thought was the problem and gave me two options. (1) Have him fix the three areas that could be causing the leak (patching) or (2) replace a portion of the roofing materials, water barrier etc. With the second option, he offered a 1 year gurantee. We chose the later. He gave a two week window to fit the work into his schedule and then ended up being able to complete the job during the first week. Dana and his crew were wonderful, careful and effective. Not a drip since then! You could not ask for a more professional and personable contractor!

Dana arrived promptly for the estimate which he provided in writing. Unlike the other roofers I spoke with, he provided samples of roofing shingles for me to choose from and gave me references. The only delays in getting started after I accepted his bid were due to all the rainy weather we've been having this year. Once started, he completed the work quickly for the agreed upon price and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Dana was not the cheapest of the roofers I considered, but I felt he listened the best and offered suggestions and alternatives. He also took great care to avoid damaging my vegetable garden and other plantings and succeeded in doing so. No one damaged plant!

Dana returned our call quickly and came around to give an estimate. He arrived on time for meetings at my house. He was able to come out quickly and repair a water leak just before a big rain storm hit. He gave us some good advice about everything we should do. We called him primarily to address a leak, but we really needed more work. All in all we are happy with Dana and his work.

THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS AFTER THEY WERE DONE WORKING. I HAVEN'T HAD A LEAK EVER SINCE THEY DID THE WORK. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY GAVE US.
