I waited throughout the AM hours on the date scheduled and Jim bates showed up in the PM, second to last house of the day to be washed.
One guy spent just under 2 hours, and this is a BIG house! He had a small ladder and could not effectively clean the upper extremities of the house. I was told there would be no plant damage, but the hot water from the truck burned lines in my lawn where the hoses were dragged, and the plantings all sustained burn damage that doesn't show up for about a day or two.
We had some bees nests that cleaning did not touch.
The siding dried after he left with a whitish and sticky haze on it. Many drip marks appeared and the siding looked worse in most spots than before it was and quot;cleanedand quot;.
My wife and I got out our own pressure washer, used Jomax cleaner in a garden sprayer, and the house came beautiful, and even the bees nests are gone. However,we had to do all the work; and the money we spent was a waste. We thought about calling back the provider, but decided we didn't want him back to do anything further.

I don't recommend this guy.

I left a message for a quote. They called me within 15 minutes and provided a very reasonable estimate ($150) and said they could swing by the house that morning.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He was clear what would (mold) and would not be cleaned (ground in dirt on 50 year old aluminum siding). He took his time and did a very thorough job. I was satisfied with the results.

It was great! He even told me I could get a 10% off coupon in our local flyer. It was a very easy process and our home and deck looked great! We will definitely use them again.

This was the easiest job I've ever had done. I contacted via e-mail, then had a phone call. The service was quoted while I was at work. I got a phone call and then set up the appointment a few days later. I cleared the furniture off the deck and patio, and came home today to a clean house. The bill was left for me. I really could not have done less. The price was fair, and although I could rent a high pressure washer myself and do it. I can tell you that I've done that and it's worth having someone else do it for a few hundred dollars. It is a pretty dirty job. Bates did a great job and was even careful around the new grass I planted.

Remembered seeing Mr. Bates washing the house next door last year. Called him, got back to me right away (phone # is his cell). Gave me a price range over the phone based on my description ($225-$250). Price charged was the lower of the two. I was surprised how quickly the job was done, and surprised he could get it looking brand new. House is 12 years old, never powerwashed, had green and black stuff growing on it. I am very pleased, he's a great guy to work with and I surely won't wait another 12 years!
