I will give Thomaston Comfort credit for fast response time, and I'm also happy with the gas to oil conversion system the installed at my residence about 15 months ago, although I am having some issues with the exhaust pipe being loose. They were out and have yet to fix it adequately.
I will also give them an A for their handling of late night emergency call at my residence last week for a broken pipe. Ben, the tech who handled it is a true pro.
I would love to be able to recommend Thomaston Comfort, but when half of my experiences are bad, I think it's time that both you and I find someone else to handle our HVAC needs.
