+ 0 moreRay Bouchard was instrumental in helping us obtain money from the insurance company after our roof collapse. He went 'beyond' just his duties as a builder/roofer. He worked very hard -- even EIGHT hours on a sunday to complete the roof work when a pending rain storm was coming. I was amazed at his excellent work ethic. He accommodated our financial situation - given the difficulty of a costly disaster and 'troubles' with the insurance company. His work was of the finest caliber and I'm very happy with everything he did for us. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing or building work.
Description of Work: Ray Bouchard is a phenomenal builder with a specialty in roofing. Our roof collapsed from the record snowfall in Feb 2013 -- which of course was an awful disaster. However, meeting Ray Bouchard was actually 'worth' going through this disaster. Ray spent many hours helping us with our problems -- including the INSURANCE COMPANY. He has a heart of gold and a genuine concern for the home owner. This is besides his incredible talents building. Although 'roofs' are his specialty, he also was instrumental in rebuilding the interior of the home. He is direct, honest and hard working. Definitely someone you can trust. I would call him a 'brother' after all he has done for us. He gave us a 'great' deal in terms of dollars and cents and is NOT one of those builders that's 'here today and gone tomorrow'... I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed roof work or other building work. One of the most outstanding people I have ever met!
